Early Life and Education Born: Mount Moriac, Victoria, Australia, April 8, 1867 Died: Olinda, Victoria, Australia, September 1, 1943 Parents: Charles Henry Streeton and Mary (née Johnson) Streeton. Family moved to Richmond, Melbourne in 1874. Studied at the National Gallery School from 1882-1888 under George Folingsby. Worked as a junior clerk before pursuing art full-time.
