How the Customs/VAT Refund Works
We ship your artworks from China. If your local customs authority charges you VAT or import fees upon delivery, we refund the VAT you paid.
- What we refund: The VAT/customs fee shown on your official customs invoice.
- Proof required: A clear photo of the customs invoice issued by the carrier or local customs.
- Where to send: Email the photo to our support team and include your order number in the subject line.
Eligibility & Country-Specific Limits
- Who is eligible: All OriginalUniqueArt.com customers who paid VAT/customs on their delivered order.
- Document validity: Only official customs invoices are accepted as proof.
- Special rule: For Italy and Brazil, the refund is capped at maximum 20% of the total amount paid for the order (including shipping).
Tip: Make sure the invoice photo clearly shows the amount and date so we can validate it without delay.
How to Get Your Refund
