To create this environment, the interior of the property was waterproofed and filled with approximately 75,000 litres of copper sulphate solution. Over a period of time, chemical reactions allowed blue crystals to grow across the surfaces of the walls, floor, ceiling, and even the bathtub. The resulting visual field is characterized by a dense, cerulean crust that encrusts the architectural bones of the building.
