Born in Llanelly, Glamorgan, he developed an early passion for sketching and painting, honing his skills through self-study and observation of the rugged Welsh coastline. His artistic journey began modestly but quickly blossomed into a distinguished career marked by meticulous detail and a profound understanding of atmospheric conditions—a hallmark of his distinctive style.- Early Life & Training: Harris’s formative years were spent absorbing the maritime traditions of Llanelly, where his father was involved in shipbuilding.
