Cerulean Stratum An oil painting, painted by hand for you alone

The Architecture of Light

Born in 1964, Océane Hamon has carved a singular niche within the contemporary digital landscape through her profound engagement with Diebenkorn Structured Abstraction. Her practice is an exquisite meditation on the intersection of geometric precision and organic fluidity. By reimagining the rhythmic, layered compositions reminiscent of Richard Dieben and his Ocean Park series, Hamon constructs visual environments where structured geometric fields meet a soft, painterly breath.

A Dialogue with Transparency

Hamon's work is defined by a mastery of overlapping transparencies and a sophisticated palette of harmonious blues, creams, and sand tones. Each digital image serves as a study in tactile silence, where the artist uses light to define form without the need for heavy contour. Her technique invites the viewer into a rhythmic dance of color, creating a sense of stability and intellectual depth that resonates within the modern architectural space.
