More than just decorative embellishments, their crafts represent a profound connection to the natural world and a complex system of symbolic expression rooted in millennia of ancestral knowledge.
The kreen-akore’s visual language is characterized by striking geometric patterns—circles, squares, triangles—that dominate textiles, baskets, carvings, and ceremonial masks.
