Serghei Eisenstein (1898-1948): Cineast sovietic revoluționar și teoretician al cinematografului, cunoscut pentru filme emblematice precum Crucișătorul Potemkin și Ivan Sfântului Andrei. Pionier în teoria montajului și influență puternică asupra artei filmului.
