Pranciškus Smuglevičius, poljsko-litavski crtač i slikar, rođen je 6. listopada 1745. godine u Varšavi, u Poljskoj. Bio je sin Łukasha Smuglevičiusa, također slikara, i Regine Olesińskiej.
