Electric razor
Philips Design presented the Philishave 90 Super 12 in 1975. The new styling was called the Telephone Design. It was the follow-up to the first shaver with three shaving heads, from 1966. And that had been a further evolution of the shaving process that went back to the two-head Philishavers from 1951 and the original single-head shaver from 1939 before that. The Philishave 90 Super 12 had a sleeker shape, and the angled shaving surface made it easier to reach all the areas to be shaved. The shaver has three spring-loaded shaving heads, each with 90 shaving slots. Inside are twelve self-sharpening blades made of tempered silver steel. To shave the shortest hair, the pressure on the shaving heads is increased. For personal shaving comfort, there is a choice of nine different shaving heights. The shaver also has a fold-away clipper for the moustache, sideburns, and beard. Finally, it has a spiral lead and can be stored in a cassette.
