The genesis of YSMA lies in April 2011 with the launch of the Virtual Museum of Modern and Contemporary Nigerian Art, showcasing Shyllon’s dedication to disseminating art knowledge. Subsequent proposals from other collectors solidified the vision for a physical museum at PAU.
