Otting, 1651-1732, Dresden), Dresden 1695, ElfenbeinDie Jahreszeiten, bereits 1722 in den herzoglichen Sammlungen dokumentiert, wurden 1806 im Zuge der napoleonischen Invasion auseinander gerissen: Floraund Ceres verblieben im Museum, aber Bacchus und Vulkan verschwanden aus Braunschweig. Erst 2016 glückte die Rückerwerbung, so dass die vier Statuetten wieder vereint sind und gemeinsam gezeigt werden können.
