nuoruus ja koulutus
Josef Matěj Navrátil, arvostettu tšekkiläinen taiteilija, syntyi Slanýssa vuonna 1798. Hänen isänsä, taitava koristelija, opetti häntä alun perin koristelutaiteen saloissa.
