Porträt von Isaac Dignus Fransen van de Putte (1822-1902). Kolonialminister (1863-66, 1872-74)

Selbstporträt (1918) (1918) by Léon Bonnat

Porträt einer Frau (1881) by Léon Bonnat

John Taylor Johnston (1820–1893) (1880) by Léon Bonnat

John Taylor Johnston (1820–1893)

Levi Parsons Morton (1883) by Léon Bonnat

Levi Parsons Morton

Bonnat erlangte während seiner Karriere bedeutende Anerkennung. Zu seinen wichtigsten Werken gehören religiöse Gemälde wie *Christ on the Cross*, *Job* und *St Vincent taking the place of two galley slaves*.
