Qiu Xiaofei: Exploring Memory and Psychological Landscapes Qiu Xiaofei, born in Heilongjiang Province, China, in 1977, is a contemporary Chinese artist whose work delves into profound themes of memory, identity, and the passage of time—concepts that permeate his layered oil paintings.
